Ester Martínez Vera holds a Ph.D. in Philosophy and a degree in Clinical Psychology. She completed a master's degree in Body Techniques in Clinical and Educational Psychology. She is a naturopath, as well as a psychology professor, lecturer, and writer. She works as a psychologist in the province of Tarragona.

In recent years, she has also been actively involved in giving lectures and seminars throughout Spain, covering both educational topics and psychological aspects of behavior. She has published several books and regularly writes articles for different magazines.
